The Site provides general information about our wound-care services and is not medical advice. It does not create a provider–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition. In an emergency, call 911.

3. Not for protected health information

Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), symptoms, photographs, or other sensitive medical details through the public Site or by unsecured email. To share such information, call us at (262) 455-9117 or use the secure portal at app.badgermwc.com.

4. The secure portal

Access to our patient/agency portal (app.badgermwc.com) is restricted to authorized users and governed by the terms and privacy protections presented within the portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Badger name and mark, is owned by or licensed to Badger Mobile Wound Care PLLC and may not be used without permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Badger Mobile Wound Care PLLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
